A localização é excelente perto do metrô e tem um supermercado ao lado, prédio novo bem bonito, estrada por senha, limpeza ótima, chuveiro muito bom, tudo equipado na cozinha caso a pessoa queira cozinhar. Usamos a academia também que foi bem legal ter. E tem um estacionamento no mesmo quarteirão o que facilitou muito nossa vida já que fomos de carro.
É um estudio por isso, bem pequeno. Eu demorei a me adaptar ao colchão mas isso é muito pessoal, porque meu marido por exemplo gostou. a geladeira fez uns estralos de madrugada, mas nada que desabone o local que é ótimo.
