Es war schön. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr modern, alles neuwertig. Der Check in hat super geklappt und die Tiefgarage war auch super. Die Lage ist toll für einen Städtetrip.

Die Baustelle direkt nebenan - direkt vor dem Balkon war leider sehr früh sehr laut und man musste die Fenster schließen. Aber durch die Wärme hätte man lüften müssen. Der vorhandene Ventilator reicht bei diesen Temperaturen leider nicht. Da müsste sicher ein stärkerer oder auch zweiter her. Es waren zeitweise 29° im Apartment.

Es un departamento muy lindo, moderno y muy bien mantenido. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, incluyendo un estacionamiento subterráneo, lo que fue muy práctico para nosotros. La terraza es amplia y agradable. La ubicación también nos gustó mucho: es una zona moderna, tranquila y con muchos parques y senderos para caminar. Incluso se puede llegar caminando hasta el centro histórico y el Puente de Carlos, disfrutando del recorrido.

Lo peor de nuestra estadía fue el ruido de una construcción que está justo al lado del edificio. Todos los días, desde las 7:00 de la mañana, comenzaban trabajos con mucho ruido, y lo más sorprendente fue que también trabajaban los días sábado y domingo desde la misma hora. Al momento de reservar, en ningún lugar del anuncio se mencionaba esta situación, siendo un detalle muy importante que puede influir en la decisión de alojarse aquí. Además, durante nuestra estadía hubo una ola de calor y el departamento no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Como no era posible abrir las ventanas por el ruido constante de la construcción, el departamento se volvía bastante caluroso. Como sugerencia de mejora, sería muy útil instalar unas repisas o nichos dentro de la ducha para apoyar el shampoo, jabón y otros artículos de aseo. Actualmente hay que dejarlos en el piso, lo que resulta poco práctico.

The staff are always there to answer doubts or questions which made our stay very smooth. The room was very clean, very spacious, has a lot of light, is modern and has all the necessary appliances to feel home. The neighbourhood is visibly new (there are some constructions going on nearby) and modern but centrally located and easily accessible by tram (a block away you can catch the tram to the city centre and be there in 15 min). Having a parking is a plus. Also, we were there during very hot days (37 and 39 degrees) and since it doesn't have AC, they provided us with a fan which saved us at night! Thanks!

The explanations before the check in seemed clear but when we arrived it was not working. I had to call the staff and send messages and they finally helped me go through. I don't see it as a problem but as an area of improvement. It is just a matter of more detailed explanation when it comes to systems without a key (download apps, etc...). Anyway, thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff, it was easy fixable. Thank you!

I stayed in a large, spacious, comfortable apartment. The facilities and the site were really nice. The house had many necessary appliances. Absolutely recommend ! :)

If you're going to use the parking lot when leaving the house, you can't get to the parking lot without the house key. I drove out, went back in, left the keys, and returned :) This is a disadvantage for those arriving by car. A bottle of water could also have been helpful.
