Localização, utensílios de cozinha, televisão smart, piscina, vista para a serra, piscina e pet friendly.
Apesar de ter muitos utensílios de cozinha, faltou ter uma frigideira e colchão do quarto não era muito confortável (enterrávamos na cama).
