This was a whole apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms and a living room with a sofa, which acted as a fourth double bed. The apartment was very new and furnished in a modern and stylish way. It was very clean. There was a balcony with a nice view. The kitchen was furnished with all necessary equipment. The house was very closely located to the port of Rafina (5-10 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot).
The AC was not sufficient to cool the apartment during the night we stayed so it was very hard to sleep due to the high temperature of the room. Also, the couch was not a real substitute of a bed. Last, the apartment is probably best suited for adults rather than families with kids as there were many opportunities for kids to cause damage.

The apartment is nice, good location. Nice seaside view.
Very poor breakfast - I would suggest just removing it. Poor amenities, 2 towels for 3 people. Couch bed extremely uncomfortable.
