Perfetto per lavorare sui tavoli in giardino se portate una prolunga (c'è la presa fuori, di tipo bipasso P11/P17). Tanti gatti in giardino. L'unico bagno con doccia vera è gestibile se gli altri ospiti sono civili, noi siamo stati fortunati. L'odore è caratteristico, solo all'ingresso e non invadente come dicono altre recensioni. Chissà cosa penserebbe la signora Alfonsina del fatto che la sua meravigliosa casa è diventata un crocevia di viaggiatori.
Mancano le padelle, il pepe, i bicchieri di vetro, il pelapatate, un tagliere non minuscolo. Portate le vostre capsule (Lavazza A modo mio) o caffè per la moka se volete farvi più di un caffè al giorno.

Passabile il posto immerso nel verde e tranquillo. il cascinale avrebbe delle potenzialità. purtroppo inespresse.
Sommariamente ristrutturata alcuni pensili e finestre sono evidentemente deteriorati , come le strutture sanitarie. C'è un odore di stantio che aleggia in tutta la struttura, probabilmente / forse qualche arredo vecchio presente nella struttura , la strada per raggiungerla ( non è colpa della struttura ) e ampiamente dissestata, siamo rimasti senza carta igienica noi e tutti gli altri ospiti della struttura . Il costo dell'pernottamento a mio avviso è superiore alla media per il tipo di struttura.
