The studio is good value for money and very clean. The owner was pleasant, The Kitchen and bathroom appear to be upgraded to a reasonable standard from the old house
Communication before the stay was very limited. Would suggest the bed and bedroom furniture is renewed to modernise and also provide more space. Additionally Would suggest that the inner door to the studio is also renewed as it does not prevent noise nor a high level of security. There is no local shop or walking distance restaurant ( nearest is 5 min drive)
