Ubytování má dobrou výchozí polohu, přímo před vchodem vstup do metra (trasa vedoucí jak na nádraží Centrale, tak ke katedrále Duomo) a zastávka tramvaje. Cca 300 m od ubytování se nachází velice dobře zásobený supermarket Pam, přímo na rohu ubytování je McDonald a vedle skvělé "pizzy s sebou" Alice. V blízkosti i restaurace, pekárny. Dům, kde se apartmán nachází, má autentickou atmosféru. Nutno počítat s tím, že již po ránu je v okolí rušno, z důvodu blízké restaurace (zásobování ve vnitrobloku, kam vedou okna z ložnice a provozu MHD). Apartmán je velice prostorný, s vybavenou kuchyní. Ložnice na přespání dostačující.

Mínus body za čistotu, mohlo by být především v koupelnách lépe vytřeno, i v ložnicích byl prach. Po příjezdu bylo v myčce špinavé nádobí. V koupelně velice málo úložných prostor (poličky, háčky). Určitě by bylo vhodné pořídit nové lůžkoviny - místo "peřin" byly k povlečení připraveny pouze deky.

The apartment was located in an area next to the metro and tram, making access to public transportation very easy. There was some noise from the street, but the bedrooms were quiet at night. It was very bright and comfortable, with spacious rooms and two bathrooms.

Communication and coordination with the company that managed the booking were unacceptable. The check-in process caused us a lot of trouble. Before the trip, someone contacted me via WhatsApp, without giving a name or even making it clear whether I was speaking to a man or a woman. The English was very poor and clearly translated using Google Translate. I asked if we could check in much earlier than 15:00, since our flight was arriving at 7:30, and the response was positive—they told us they would be in the area and to inform them when we arrived. We arrived outside the apartment around 09:30–10:00, and the person told me that their train had been canceled twice. Then they said they were far away and sick, and finally claimed that the policy does not allow early check-in. Every time I tried to call to communicate more effectively, the response was: “I cannot speak on the phone because I don’t know English.” At the same time, I was trying to contact Booking.com. We were forced to go back to the center of Milan until 15:00 and look for a place to leave our luggage. Eventually, at 13:30, I received a message saying we could go to the apartment. We went there and I contacted them again. They told me they were also there, but when I said I couldn’t see anyone and even asked around, they sent me their location—which was about an hour away by public transport, at the northern edge of Milan. I double-checked my booking details in case I had made a mistake, while also trying for the third time to contact the company via Booking.com, as I started to suspect that I might have been the victim of a scam through WhatsApp. They apologized repeatedly, but that didn’t really help—we had been up since 5:00, carrying our luggage and going back and forth all day.
