It was the first bad stay happen to me in my life
Location for me as residence in U.A.E. with my own car, few minutes from main places in Ajman, easy exit to Dubai and Sharjah, Free parking area But for tourists and people without own transport there is no any public transportation nearby.
first day room was not ready and occupied, the owner took me to a place in Al Rawdah, for a night, the room with below expectation it should be for building security in a very bad location I felt that I'm in a small village in India or Afghanistan. The room is master room from 2 rooms in sharing apartment with common AC controller, the AC itself is old and very noisy, with a couple leaving in other room the insist to operate it a high fan speed, feeling very cold and noisy as you are sitting in a factory not in a room the couple whom leaving in 2nd room the have a dog, it's not a matter of dog parking, it's a matter of hygiene in the apartment. Some one used to check my food and eat from it without permission, even a pack of bread i didn't use he/they finished completely The area is full with cheap labor and house maids even the building is full house maids leaving in groups, Surrounding area again is part of Indian, Pakistani and Sudanese village a strange, so you can imagine the quality restaurants nearby or even grocery shops which is not suitable for Arab or Eurpoeans I left the room 3 days before end of my contract for all above reasons.

The room had a good view
Very dirty room and dirty bathroom full of German cockroaches. Water cut in two days. No room service during 8 days I stayed in. Kitchen floor flooded with dirty water as drains were blocked.overall cheap dirty place to stay with no services.
