I love that the property is new and though not 100% clean when we arrive (I refer to the kitchen), we still really appreciate that there were no cockroaches and other pests inside the property. We saw one insect but it didn't bother us at all. I think it's from a broken wood in the toilet's door frame.
It was good that there were restaurants in the area and small shops.
The caretaker was kind, helpful, and courteous.
The kitchen was not totally clean. Cupboards were a lil bit dirty. There was a used oil left in the broiler. I would appreciate it that you do clean it thoroughly before renting it out to guests because not everyone can have enough time to clean
