Boa localização, flat bem mobiliado.
Fico com bastante frequencia nesse condominio, semanalmente quase, e algumas coisas estão piorando bastante: 1) no horário de pico na manhã, o chuveiro à gás alguns dias não esquenta bem 2) Elevador social estragado durante os 3 dias de minha hospedagem, funcionando somente o de serviço, gerando demora. 3)Reconhecimento facial e app sem funcionamento, não foi possível cadastrar e tive que ficar chamando na portaria todas as vezes que precisei entrar.
