Porto Cesareo in Torre Lapillo area we rent to Family Only, a nice villa in exclusive location on the water of the "Bacino Grande" about 250 meters from the most beautiful beaches of Salento.

The villa is indipendent and develops on two levels. At the first floors: a large hall, 2 double bedrooms, one with separate beds on request, full kitchen, bathroom.
On the ground floor there is an exclusive garden / courtyard overlooking the "Bacino Grande" (salt lake connected to the sea that brings the scent of the sea in the house) where there is a garden table with chairs for outdoor dining, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking space indoor (suitable for small - medium large cars)
Drinking water connected to the pubblic service. Windows and doors equipped with mosquito nets.
The house is very bright and equipped with all comforts, new fornitures, and it is equipped with digital TV, pots, cutlery, tablecloth, dishes and everything you need to cook and eat. It also comes with fans, iron, hairdryer, parasol. Only linen and personal towels are not supplied due to covid. Anuway for special needs please contact me before booking.

The stops of the Navetta and Salento Bus that connect, until late at night, the entire coast and the other touristic cities, is located in front of the Beach Resort also called: "Bacino Grande" - at 250 meters from the house. The shuttle is free at night and is very convenient to go downtown avoiding the stress of looking for parking.

Proprietari deliziosi, disponibili, premurosi e prodighi di consigli utilissimi. La villetta è spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Ottima base da cui visitare il meraviglioso Salento. Siamo rimasti sbalorditi dal tempo mite nei primi giorni di novembre che invitava persino a fare il bagno nella meravigliosa spiaggia vicina. Esperienza nel complesso positiva. Sicuramente torneremo. GRAZIE!

Siamo stati in questo appartamento dal 5 al 26 agosto 2017 io con la mia famiglia composta da 4 persone, che dire appartamento è molto comodo e spazioso le uniche pecche che abbiamo trovato sono state la doccia i molto stretta Com e l'ho è il bagno e è la mancanza di una lavatrice, mia moglie ha dovuto lavarsi i panni a mano x tre settimane!! Poi x il resto tutto molto bello. Grazie e a presto

Mi piacerebbe tanto poter soggiornare in questo complesso , se quello che si vede dalle foto è reale io sto gia sognando. Purtroppo non so come mettermi in contatto .
Sono stata l'anno scorso a Gallipoli e mi è piaciuta tanto . Quest'anno mi piacerebbe ritornare nel Salento anche da voi a Porto Cesareo visto che se ne parla tanto bene .
Ho due figli giovani che desiderano venire a conoscere questa terra bellissima , quindi sarebbe stata una sorpresa per loro.
Come posso avere un vostro contatto ?? io ho lasciato il mio numero

La casa vacanza n. 1101599 è situata circa 2 km a sud dell'abitato di Torre Lapillo, in posizione buona per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina a piedi in poco più di 5 minuti (percorrendo circa 200 metri lungo la strada litoranea) oppure per raggiungere in auto la spiaggia di Scala di Furno (5 minuti in auto verso sud). La casa è carina, completa di tutto (doccia un po' piccola) e nella zona c'è sempre un minimo di vento che mantiene l'aria piuttosto fresca, sopratutto di notte (si dorme una meraviglia). Ottima la presenza di un cortile con doccia esterna, molto comodo quando si torna dal mare per farsi una doccia per togliersi la sabbia di dosso (acqua solo fredda, ma per noi non è stato un problema). Il mare della zona è fantastico, con sabbia chiara ed acqua cristallina, fondale basso fino ad almeno 70 metri da riva, quindi ideale per famiglie con bambini. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili. Sicuramente un posto dove tornerei.
