E' già la seconda volta che soggiorno e la struttura soddisfa pienamente le aspettative. Staff molto disponibile, attenzione al cliente e camere sempre pulite.

Unico aspetto rivedibile, ma sono dettagli, sono i cuscini un po' troppo alti che non mi hanno permesso di riposare bene. Probabilmente sarebbe bastato chiedere alla reception ma magari prevedere su 4 cuscini due tipologie diverse potrebbe essere un'attenzione in più per il cliente.

We had an amazing short staycation here. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The service was excellent and I could genuinely feel their sincerity and dedication. A special shout-out to Mr. Riandy, the Hotel Manager, who personally greeted us during breakfast. It was so thoughtful and created a positive culture. I also want to thank the duty management team who checked in with us and cared about guest experience. Special credit to the Chio Chio restaurant, especially Ms. Salma, Mr. Brian and all the team - breakfast had so many delicious choices and all the staff there were treated us with such great hospitality. We appreciate all your service and attention during our stay. We wish continued success and prosperity to this hotel and all the staff there.
