Ev Dedeağaç’ın tam göbeğinde restoranlara ve büyük otoparka yürüme mesafesinde çok güzel bir konumda. Konumuna rağmen rahatsızlık yarayacak bir gürültü yok. Alt katta banyo, küçük bir kanepe ve oldukça büyük bir TV var. Üst katta ise çift kişilik yatak ve başka bir TV daha var. Sıcak su problemi yok ve wi-fi yeterli. Yatak özellikle çok rahattı ve genel temizlik yeterliydi. Ev sahibi Tolis ile iletişimimiz kesintisizdi. Biz çocuksuz çift olarak kaldığımız için alan yeterliydi fakat 3 kişi kalmak için biraz küçük olabilir.

Tesis çok küçük tuvalet banyosu çok küçük temiz ama havalandırma olmadığı için çok fazla koku var içeride daireden çıkıyorsunuz geldiğinizde leş gibi kokuyor. Yan tarafındaki sokak aradında olan meyhane tarzı yerde çok fazla ses geliyor
