Die Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Konnte auch früher einchecken, was wir sehr geschätzt haben

Das Einchecken hat mich fast eine Stunde zeit gekostet mit der Überweisung der Kaution, die mich auch überrascht hat.

Проживали в аппартаментах в ноябре с ребёнком. Хорошее расположение, хороший интерьер. Быстрая связь с владельцем аппартаментов.

Холодный пол, нет отопления. Есть кондиционеры. Не хватало средства для мытья посуды/ таблетки для посудомоечной машины.

La ubicación, la comunicación con la empresa, las camas, la tranquilidad del piso

Falta de utensilios en cocina (3 cucharita, ningun bol grande para cocinar, olla pequeña, trapo, etc...). Para 4 personas es complicado. Limpieza de las camas. Si las sábanas estaban limpias, usaban doble cubre almohadas y las de abajo estaban muy sucias.

The location of the property was good, but unfortunately, there are several negative aspects to mention that do not justify the security deposit requirement or the final deduction.

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of 4 people. During our entire stay, the towels were never changed, no cleaning was done, and we were provided with only 4 rolls of the lowest-quality toilet paper.The interior condition of the apartment is far from extraordinary. The sofa was burned with cigarettes, the kitchen countertop was also burned, and there was mold in the bathroom. Furthermore, we saw cockroaches both inside the kitchen and on the building's staircase.We did not cook inside the apartment at all, and we left the place clean, exactly as we found it. We even left behind useful items like a pack of toilet paper, sunscreen, instant coffe, sugar and body spray, and made sure everything was tidy. None of this seemed to matter to the host.Instead, our deposit was reduced by €12 because we used the extra towels that were left on the sofa. We were never informed beforehand that using these towels would incur an extra fee.Charging a deposit and deducting money under these poorly maintained and uncommunicated conditions is unjustified. I would not recommend this place unless maintenance and communication improve.
