I loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with via whatsapp and in person. The room was so clean and modern with daily cleaning. Really had the hotel vibe with 2 robes, slippers, water filter, kitchenette and kettle etc. The bed was super comfy and there was a smart TV. The doors have codes instead of keys which was super handy. Loads of good gyms and cafes within walking distance or <5 min bike ride. I will definitely return!

the pool only had 2 sun loungers and only got sun for about 2 hours in the morning

Хороший, не уставший ремонт, постоянно убирают, менеджер отеля Rei очень приветлив, всегда на связи, помог арендовать байк, приятно пообщаться на любые темы и узнать любую информацию. Особенно актуально для тех, кто приезжает первый раз на Бали! В номере есть кулер с водой, большой холодильник, микроволновка с грилем, а в номере Лофт электроплита и посуда, можно готовить. Хороший интернет WiFi, мне позволил созваниваться с друзьями и родителями по видео связи. Отель расположен рядом с несколькими тренажерными залами от простых до элитных. Из окна видно людей, которые бегают по утрам, что мотивирует заниматься спортом!

Security was available 24/7, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The location was perfect. The staff were amazingly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi was not perfect but reliable (around 8/10), which is important for us as digital nomads. The room was quite spacious, and the balcony was especially helpful when we both had meetings at the same time. There’s also a common area on the floor that we regularly used for working, which was a great bonus. As digital nomads, our evaluation goes beyond a typical tourist perspective, and this hotel met our remote-work needs.

The smell coming from the bathroom was not nice. Also, they offer cleaning service twice a week, and I don't think that was enough.

Really lovely staff. Great facilities in the room like the water dispenser and really comfortable.
