room was clean, fridge and mineral available
Constructors all over the place, labours staying at the place too, music and construction starts 8:30 very loud. Noise from construction non stop. Dark, didn't feel Safe walk at night time. The place should not be available for costumers until ready.

TAKE SERIOUS CAUTION! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I would not recommend to stay at the place. They have created duplicate listings to try and hide bad reviews and get more people to stay with them. Their older listing has reviewers warning not to come here. After realizing they did this I wanted to cancel and they told me "It is booking.com policy that I can't cancel." They also were incredibly rude and extraordinarily difficult to communicate with. As someone who is very familiar with booking.com policy and after speaking with booking.com, I know that this is false. I have stayed in over 20 locations while traveling asia and almost always leave 4-5 starts. This was my worst experience with a booking. Luckily I disputed this with my bank and was able to get my money back after 3 months. Please take caution.

Overall, an amazing stay, the host was amazing, cleaners were the best there is, fresh towels everyday as well as coffee

The bathrooms could use a tiny bit of work, the toilets smelt quite bad after using the douche, the toilet head had a green residue which could use a clean.

Struttura low budget
Struttura semplice ed essenziale, perfetta se non hai alte aspettative. La posizione è ottima, nella zona centrale di Uluwatu ma defilata rispetto alla strada principale. I contatti con l'host avvengono tramite WhatsApp, check in e check out veloci e fatti in autonomia.
Il bagno necessita di ristrutturazione completa. La struttura è all'interno di un cortile con un cantiere e operai che lavorano tutto il giorno.
