The location was convenient for the concert we attended at Raymond James Stadium. We found good grocery stores nearby and the address is in a quiet residential setting. The rooms were large, beds were comfy and the towels and bedding were spotless. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you would have at home including a washer and dryer. We had clear instructions for things like how to enter and leave the property and what to do with the trash etc. Bonus was wifi as it was advertised as having no internet access. We were happy with our stay as our reasons for choosing this property were fulfilled.
Could benefit from better blinds and/curtains because of the residential setting and other properties being in very close proximity. 4pm check-in, 10am check-out 😐. Late check out is possible but not granted until the night before and comes with a fee. Needs a little love and attention
