Wendy is very friendly and super supportive. Even when I left my headphones behind, she immediately helped arrange for them to be mailed back to me. I’m very grateful. The shuttle service was also excellent—whether going to the subway or the airport, the drivers were always punctual and efficient. And not to mention, the room facilities were extremely clean, tidy, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend

The room was immaculately presented, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Everything felt modern and well maintained. The airport shuttle service was excellent and made travelling to and from the airport very convenient. The staff were amazing throughout my entire stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even assisted me in obtaining local Chinese currency, which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Qian Qian, Wendy, and Xiao Ciu for going above and beyond to make my stay so memorable. Their exceptional service truly made a difference, and I would happily stay here again.

The room itself is very nice and clean .

However , the location and the shuttle to the hotel is not the experience we expected or would ever want to repeat . And even the very low price for a room would not justify it. The shuttle is shared with some random people not from the hotel. While the property is stated as 3.5km away . In fact , it is around 17-20km / 20 min ride. Area is not near the airport , some very random rural area totally lacking international experience I wanted to get from Shanghai .
