Am fost plăcut surprinși de cum am ajuns de curatenie si facilități. Cazarea are absolut tot ce e necesar, de la prosoape, la sandwichmaker. Am ajuns noaptea tarziu si cheia am gasit-o in poșta, totul a fost foarte ușor (ca sfat: ar putea pune numere pe fiecare clădire ca sa știm exact care e) Personalul foarte ok, mereu au răspuns imediat la mesaje, iar doamna care făcea curatenie si venea zilnic in zona, ne întreba mereu daca totul este ok si daca ne poate ajuta cu ceva.
Ca un mare minus si disconfort, nu este perdea/sticla la duș si trebuie sa stai mereu sa faci curatenie dupa duș pentru ca baia se umple de apa. O alta problema am avut cu furnicile, care erau foarte multe pe afara si au intrat si in casa (având apartamentul la etajul 1), dar i-am spus doamnei de la curatenie sa dea cu spray si a doua zi nu am mai avut furnici, deci a fost ok.
