L’appartamento è situato nel centro di Predazzo ed è di recente ristrutturazione interna; un po’ piccolo ma molto molto ben arrredato e di buon gusto. Ha una bella finestra sulla via principale ed è silenzioso.
Le parti comuni dello stabile, l’ingresso e la scala sono purtroppo fatiscenti e necessitano di lavori

Unico neo (se proprio devo) potrebbe essere il posto auto, ma a 1 minuto a piedi c’è un parcheggio!

Location was good.
We stayed at the place for five (5) nights. During that time we were never asked how we were; is everything ok... Towels were not changed, small rubbish was not emptied and toilet paper was out. Small things can sometimes have a big meaning. The room was really small, the bed was bad and the sheets were worn. The bathroom was ok; although it's also quite small and part of the room smelled of mold. Location good. We travel a lot and always try to find small, upscale family hotels/accommodations - this was not it.
