L'alloggio si trova in una posizione molto comoda per fare passeggiate serali a noto. Inoltre dispone di tutti i servizi necessari per il soggiorno, quali aria condizionata, frigorifero e stendino. L'appartamento risulta accogliente e comodo.

È davvero un peccato che la pulizia mancasse in alcuni dettagli, dando l'idea che fosse stato pulito il tutto sommariamente. Essendo l'appartamento in una posizione centrale, bisogna generalmente parcheggiare a circa 10 minuti di distanza a piedi o avvalersi dei parcheggi a pagamento (15 euro al giorno). Tutto sommato consiglio il soggiorno.

Ampi locali, con 3 condizionatori, uno per stanza. Un ampio parcheggio vicino casa a via Cavour, punto migliore per scaricare valigie.

La struttura ha una lavanderia al piano -1 e una terrazza al primo piano che non sono agevoli da raggiungere essendoci scale abbastanza strette. La pulizia potrebbe essere più approfondita, in particolare nella lavanderia.
