المكان كان قريب ونظيف جدا جدا جدا احب اشكر شباب الي كانت مهتم بأدق التفاصيل و توفرلك كل حاجه و هم حبيب الجميع شاهر الشهير ب شوماخر والأستاذ المحترم ايهاب الكيلاني مدير الغرف و شاب الي معاه عنتر

يجب التنوع في الأكل لان كل يوم نفس الاكل والعصائر لا يوجد

لقد كان الفندق ممتاز ورائع...والخدمه كانت اكثر من رائعه خصوصا مستر حمدي مدير الاشراف الداخلي شخص رائع عاملنا كاننا ابنائه كاننا جزء من هاذا الطاقم الممتاز..ومستر محمد خضر مدير عام الفندق كان دائما يتاكد من رضى الزوار وكنت اراه يسأل الناس عن ماذا يحتاجون من حين لاخر...ولا انسى المدير التنفيذي الذي كان كل يوم يسالنا اذا كنا نحتاج اي شئ...ومدير صالة الطعام شوماخر الشاب الخلوق الذي كان يعمل مع طاقمه الذين كانو بين الطاولات لخدمة النزلاء بالفندق لكل ما يحتاجونه....ذالك الشاب عنتر الذي كان مسؤول عن تظيف غرفتي كنت اضع دائما على لائحة عدم الازعاج ولا انكر انه لم يتم ازعاجي مطلقا كان اذا ما رآني سالني اذا اردت تنظيف الغرفه احتاج لاي شئ....حقيقتاً عندما رأيت سعر الغرفه وشامل جميع الوجبات في الفندق لمدة اسبوع وانه اسبوع عيد ..لم اصدق السعر كان منخفض جدا فاعتقدت اني سوف اجد شئ سئ ...لكن اشجع الناس وبشده ان يجربو باذن الله كل عطلاتنا ستكون في ذالك الفندق....لا تذهبو لفنادق غاليه جربو هاذا ولن تصدقو يستاهل ان يقال عنه فوق 5☆ +++

The hotel was excellent and wonderful... and the service was more than wonderful, especially Mr. Hamdi, the director of internal supervision, a wonderful person who treated us, we were his sons, we were part of this excellent crew... and Mr. Muhammad Khadr, the general manager of the hotel, always made sure that the visitors were satisfied, and I would see him asking people what they needed from time to time... and let's not forget the executive director, who asked us every day if we needed anything... The tables for serving the guests at the hotel for everything they need....that young man Antar who was responsible for cleaning my room. I always put it on the do not disturb list and I will not deny that I was never disturbed. If he saw me in my salon, if you wanted to clean the room, I needed anything....Really, when I saw the price of the room and included all meals in the hotel for a week and it was the week of Eid..I couldn't believe the price was so low that I thought I would find something bad...but Encourage people and force them to try with permission God, all our holidays will be in that hotel....don't go to expensive hotels, try this and you won't believe it deserves to be said above 5☆ +++
