Really perfect wealthy district. So clean and nice

The tap in the kitchen, leaking air conditioner, no coffee machine, extremely hot water in the tap. Dirty fans on the ceiling, no connection with the owner. No bed for kids, which we asked for.

Spacious and bright flat. Looks like on pictures. Very comfortable beds. Safe compound.

Poor communication between host (realtor) and guest. The flat is neglected. The blinds are loose in every room, kitchen extractor not working, light in one toilet not working. No dishwasher tabs, etc we were told several times someone would come and fix. No one ever showed up. It would also be helpful to communicate the number of the guard of the compound.

We clearly did not stay in the unit we had booked. Our booking mentioned a pool, sea view, hot tub, coffee machine. None of which was available at our unit. The main television didn’t work and there were no streaming services available. There was very little in the way of cleaning products - a fifth of a container with dishwashing liquid (for our three day stay?), no dishwasher pods, no laundry liquid, only one container with hand soap in the bathrooms and no shower gels/shampoos. Missing picture on the main bedroom wall and dirty and damaged bed side lights with globe not working. Alerted contact person who promised to make good but never showed up. Contact person reckons the bath in main bedroom is the hot tub?
