Isacc is the best guide

They picked us up from the harbour by boat and brought us back (25 Soles/Person). It was a cold evening but Isaac made sure we had a lot of warm blankets and brought us a hot water bag for the night, the water for showering was also hot. Be aware: Isaac will make a tour with you and show you how to fish and hunt ducks by boat (35 Soles/Person). It was a really interesting tour! There is the possibility to get a cooked dinner from the family. We would recommend arriving early in the day, since the next morning could start early with breakfast and the tour. The breakfast includes drinks, fruits, bread, eggs & jam.

Such an amazing experience with an amazing family. The room was very clean and surprisingly modern. Hot water and warm blankets for the cold nights.
We paid for a full day tour $35/person and the first hour was amazing - very authentic experience with Isaac checking fishing nets and riding around Uros. But then he dropped us off with a very large tourist group for the remainder of the day.. and that experience was not so great. We paid for a day with the family not with a touristy group. So a bit disappointed with the tour but the stay itself was great. Also no WiFi (to be expected)
