Conforto, prédio novo, porteiro super gentil e prestativo. Relativamente próximo ao metrô.

Schönes, modernes Appartment. Gute Ausstattung. Tolle Aussicht. Weitläufiger Park direkt gegenüber. Grundsätzlich sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung (Ausnahmen siehe unten), leichter Zugang.
Die Management Firma HOUSE4YOU, die für die Abwicklung eingesetzt wurde, hat sich nicht professionell verhalten und konnte Probleme nicht lösen. Die Heizungsanlage hat nicht vollständig funktioniert (29 Grad!) und man wollte oder konnte nicht weiter unterstützen. Ein Fernseher funktionierte nicht mangels Steckdose. Sehr unflexibel und teilweise unfreundliches Personal, nicht sehr schnell in der Abwicklung. Darüber hinaus sollte man bei Checkin alle(!) Mängel an dem Appartment dokumentieren um hier nicht in die Pflicht genommen zu werden - im Detail waren es dann viele Mängel und viele Bilder.... Milano, eine Weltstadt, die auch von zahlreichen Touristen lebt und eine Mgmt Firma, die italienische technische Gebrauchsanweisungen aussendet... nunja.
