Keeping it simple & serene in our family-friendly neighborhood space. This updated home is located about halfway between the beaches and Downtown Jacksonville. Everbank Field, Saint Johns Town Center, UNF, and Mayo Clinic are all within a 15 minute drive. Inside the house you will find a bright, cozy yet spacious home to work, relax, read, rest and play. Large flat-screen TV and internet included. A walk around the block is a pleasant 1 mile. The space Beautiful, simple, updated home. We provide the basics, you relax, stay focused and enjoy. The property matched the pictures and description perfectly. It was the perfect location: quiet abut close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils allowing me to cook meals as needed. I would definitely stay here again.

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a pretty small, older, no frills house, with just two bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a combo living room, dining room, and kitchen, but it felt surprisingly spacious. The place was spotless when we arrived. It is also well insulated from both temperature and outside noise. I slept in the back bedroom and it was very quiet. I can't say enough good things about the yard. It's huge and my dog and I had a blast running around together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back for our next Jacksonville visit.

The house was in a convenient location, it was easy to access, clean and the host was quick to respond to questions. I came into town for medical reasons and they brought me a box fan to block out normal daytime noise so I could rest easier. Very nice people. I will be back if I need a place in Jacksonville!
