The hotel near St Peter’s Square was a pleasant stay. However, I found the trash collection system in the street inconvenient. The bedroom and shower were spacious, but the toilet was a bit of a hassle due to its proximity to the wall. On the positive side, I had great communication with the property owner and the hot water and air conditioning were excellent.

I had a wonderful stay in this cute and comfy apartment in Rome! The AC stopped working during my visit, but Valentina was incredibly responsive and had it fixed quickly, which I really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better—so close to public transit and within walking distance to countless charming cafés, a beautiful church, and so many of the city’s highlights. It was amazing to be able to just step outside and explore the beauty of Rome on foot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! 3

The check in process was stressful. I received details of how to access the apartment at 1.30pm while on route to the airport, despite being reassured by the host she was sending the details the night before. On arrival the apartment was spotless and well stocked with cleaning products. It was however, very dated with chipped paint in the bathroom. There is only one shower room despite the listing saying 2 bathrooms. The washing machine kept going for over 24 hours so I ended up leaving clothes behind. The location was good for the Vatican, bus stops and the Station with shops nearby, but you need to be fit it is at the top of a steep hill.
