Golf: If you`re a golf enthusiast, you`ll love the villa`s proximity to top Koh Samui golf courses, just a short drive away.
Full Concierge Service: Our dedicated concierge team is available to assist with arranging activities, bookings, and special requests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay.
Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of the quiet hours to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of all guests.
Cleaning: We provide high-quality housekeeping services for your comfort and convenience.
Security: The villa is equipped with security systems to ensure your peace of mind.
- No all male groups allowed.
- No all teenager/young adult groups allowed without multiple positive reviews.
- No visiting guests allowed to stay overnight.
- Direct customers only. No agents or 3rd party bookings will be accepted.
- The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
- Cleaning and change of linen every 3 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 1500 US dollar (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- In case of loss of gate remote: replacement fee is 5000 Thai baht.
- Utilities disclosure: Guests acknowledge that electricity (PEA) and water in Koh Samui may occasionally experience scheduled or unplanned interruptions. The host is not liable for short utility outages outside our control but will always assist and communicate as quickly as possible.
