• Additional sleeping: convertible sofa bed into Queen size mattress

• Wood-burning fireplaces (seasonal use with pre-approval & fee)
• Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and Individual A/C units
• Washer & dryer for guest use
Outdoor Amenities (use shared with East End occupants):
• Large in-ground pool (April through September - heating to 80F at $100/day charge, requiring 24hrs advance notice) – signed release required
• Natural pond water feature
