• No central AC—fans provided for summer months
• Bathroom has a tall tub—may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues
• Resort rec center access is optional and requires a daily fee
○ We offer early check-in and check-out when available for an additional fee
○ Smoking is not allowed
○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

Riley is a great host. The condo is in a great location with easy access to the village and gondola. The unit is comfortable and well appointed. Access to the HOA recreation center with full gym, lap pool, and multiple hot tubs was a welcome bonus. We hope to visit again.

The condo was newly renovated, efficient, clean and contemporary. We enjoyed it very much. Would have liked a balcony or deck, and a little more walkability to Northstar Village, but overall we were quite pleased and would stay again. Guests should know there are 10 steps or so from the parking lot down to the building, and a few more steps up to the condo itself.
