    Large room, clean, comfortable bed, in all a pleasant stay. And, except for the rooster at 5am, remarkably quiet. Hottest shower I’ve encountered during my travel.

    We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect—it’s very near Khao Tao Beach and just a short walk away, which made it very convenient for us to enjoy the sea anytime we wanted. The area is very accessible, and it’s easy to find restaurants nearby, especially along the beach, so we never had a hard time looking for good food. What we loved the most is that the place is peaceful and not very crowded. It’s perfect if you want to relax, enjoy the ocean breeze, and escape from busy tourist spots. The beach feels more private and calm compared to other popular beaches. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing beach experience. We would definitely love to come back again.

    I was searching for nice clean place for us - family with kid and other family with kid near khao tao beach, we enjoyed our stay , the room was not expensive, the beach is within walking distance, there's cheap grandma restaurant near . on the negative side - 7/11 is not very near , and you should have a car or order online. also the staff English is not that good but they are very helpful and friendly.

    Seaside is well located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay and it is also a short walk to the beach. Room is clean and spacious. We booked and arrived quite late, and front desk wasn’t staffed. There was a sign saying to ring the bell, but no bell to ring… We found a lady onsite (not even sure if she is working here!) who helped us find the staff lady to get our room. We were very grateful!
