High-speed WiFi and multiple smart TVs throughout ensure a seamless stay, whether you're here for work, family time, or a getaway with friends.

This is the first floor of a charming two-family home. This spacious residence features four queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen, a dining room, and a comfortable living room with a plush sofa. Each of the four queen bedrooms is equipped with its own smart TV with streaming capabilities.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality appliances and cookware, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric tea kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, and wine glasses. We take pride in offering high-quality OXO kitchen tools—no flimsy utensils here! Families will appreciate the included baby gear, such as a high chair and Tupperware for easy storage. The dining room comfortably seats 8 at the table, with additional seating at the kitchen island (bar stools arriving soon).

For those traveling with little ones, we offer a pack & play, high chair, and baby eating gear. Families can also rest easy knowing our home is fully de-leaded.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the shared basement, making long stays effortless. Parking is also taken care of, with two tandem (back-to-back) spaces designated exclusively for guests—please ensure you park only behind our home. The house is heated throughout, and window A/C units are installed in the bedrooms and living areas from late April or early May through mid-to-late October, depending on the weather. Room-darkening curtains are also being installed, with an estimated arrival toward the end of March—feel free to message us for updates.

While our home retains its historic character, we have carefully maintained and updated it to provide modern comforts. As with any older property, minor imperfections may be present, but we take great care to ensure a welcoming and well-kept space. We warmly welcome families, business travelers, and groups of friends, but we kindly ask that guests respect our policy of no bachelorette or bachelor parties, graduation events, or gatherings beyond the number of guests listed on the reservation. Out of consideration for our close neighbors, we strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
