About this apartment rental
In the heart of the sought-after Rochebrune district, enjoy a stay in Megève in this beautiful renovated 80 m² apartment, bright and warm.
It is located 350 m from the Rochebrune cable car and 7 min from the village centre on foot.
Layout:

- A large, bright living area with TV lounge and fireplace, dining area with table for 6/8 people and access to south/south-west facing balconies
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator...)
- A bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and large wardrobes, access to south-facing balcony
- A second bedroom with double bed 140x190, wardrobes, and a small desk, access to east-facing balcony
- A final bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds for 4 sleeping spaces
- A shower room, a bathroom with washing machine
- Two separate toilets
Comfort elements: two covered parking spaces. A ski locker. WIFI - Non-smoking apartment. PETS NOT ALLOWED
What attracts us: The vast living space with its fireplace, a true cocoon
(Special equipment recommended in case of snow to reach the apartment located in a dead end).

The apartment is very nice and clean, but definitively too small for 4 adults, and therefore rather overprized. The dining table doesn't sit four; the toilet is very tiny and without a washbasin; the size of the bathroom is good, but there is no glasswall between the bathtub and the rest of the room so no way to take a "normal" shower - you have to sit or kneel into the tub.
Other than that it's a nice, warm place with plenty of wood. If we might add the things we were missing, it's an English tv programm, a good light in the second bedroom and besides the very spacious wardrobes some coat hooks to dry the wet ski clothes, and a place to store the ski shoes.
Important to know: The way up to the main street is steep and not illuminated at night which might be a challenge when not snow-free.
The contact with the agence was easy and good.
