Watch fireworks from the dock! The biggest 4th of July fireworks show on Watts Bar Lake happens at Arrowhead Marina. Last year it was 40 minutes!! Hundreds of boats come to watch in our cove. Our dock has the perfect view for you to relax and enjoy!
Welcome to your Lake Escape! Relax and enjoy the beautiful views on Watts Bar Lake. Gorgeous sunsets every night on a quiet cove off the main channel. Swim, float on tubes, fish, jump off the dock or take out the kayaks that are included. Plenty of toys to stay entertained! This 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfect for families or friends to enjoy a well-deserved vacation.
Have a glass of wine or dinner on the upper screened porch with gorgeous views of the lake or take a long nap on the lower deck complete with a comfy hammock. The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals at home or there are two close marinas with restaurants (Arrowhead and Terrace View) within easy kayaking or driving distance.
On the main floor there is a master suite with a king bed as well as a living and dining room. The living room has a beautiful wood burning fireplace, a Roku TV with cable, and the entire house has wifi. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and one room with a twin/twin bunk bed and two other single beds. The perfect kids room!
Easy to spend the entire time at the dock and swim in the cove or across the way at Arrowhead Marina you can put in your own boat at the boat ramp or rent a boat and explore the rest of the lake! You are welcome to tie up your boat on the side of our dock (covered slip is occupied). So much to do, so easy to relax. Tons of wildlife right from the decks or dock including bald eagles, osprey, great blue herons, and more.
Plenty of awesome hiking within 20 minutes. Less than 1 hour away to visit Fall Creek Falls State Park, Lost Sea Caverns, Crossville golf courses & Outlet Mall. Several wineries, Sweetwater Valley cheese, and Mayfield Dairy are all great to visit. 1 hour drive to either Chattanooga or Knoxville area attractions such as Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Aquarium, Chickamauga Civil War Battlefield, hang gliding and Worlds Fair sites. Easy day trips to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood.

My family and I loved our stay at the lake house! We celebrated my husband’s “50th” birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate with our family. There was plenty of room! The lake is beautiful and Ryan has everything you need for a great time on the water. He was very helpful when we couldn’t find the paddles for the Kayaks and responded quickly to our needs. The house was clean and looked exactly how it is listed. There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dish detergent, paper towels, dish rags, dish soap and garbage bags. There was laundry detergent for the washer and dryer sheets for the dryer. The bathrooms were well stocked with hand soap, towels and wash rags. There was at least two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. We truly enjoyed the stay and are very thankful Ryan and his family were nice enough to allow us to enjoy their beautiful home!

The house itself was exactly as listed. Inside the house was clean. Kitchen supplies were lacking. Dock would have been much better if boat could have been parked under the roof. Good place, great experience. Loved the little touches like blankets in the living room, plenty of towels. Owner… perfect communication.

Host was very gracious and responsive. We loved the dock, kayaks, fishing etc. really enjoyed the screened in deck. Wonderful get-a-way for busy people wanting to share quality time with family.

It was our first time vacationing at a lake and it was such a wonderful experience. The house fit our group perfectly with the separate master suite upstairs and the separate bathroom and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The screened in porch with fans was our favorite, relaxing with a cold drink, spot. Fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming... everyone had something to do and the fishermen in the group were kept busy for hours. We did bring some extra tubes and kayaks since our group was a little larger. One morning we kayaked over to the little restaurant at the Arrowhead Resort for breakfast... just lovely! Ryan was excellent with communication and making sure we were taken care of during our stay. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a very long time. Thank you Ryan for opening up your home. We plan to be back.
