STAY HERE! Incredibly central in Jiufen. Great staff who were very welcoming, initially meeting us by the main temple to take our bags. The owner went through their map of Jiufen and recommended places to go & try. Room is fantastic, big, fast WiFi and comfortable beds. Great views from balcony & lookout. Nice breakfast each morning in their cafe area! 100% staying here again if we return to Jiufen. Note that most restaurants & cafes etc in Jiufen are CASH ONLY!

Great freshly made breakfast with fruit and eggs while looking at the view of the bay. Incredibly informative orientation upon arrival with hand noted map of key destinations.
Bathroom shower a bit awkward with low ceiling

Staff was awesome! We had two full size luggage + 2 bags + backpacks and there was no way to climb the stairs. So grateful that the staff took care of the luggages. Breakfast was great! Shower was great! Would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying a night to experience Jiufen late at night and early in the morning before the crowd.
Only complain is our room had an unpleasant aroma.

The property is centrally located and the room really big. The owners are friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
The room is really dated so it doesn't feel clean to my family. Also, the grass is overgrown around the property so the owner might should clean it up more. Two of the mattresses are super firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also at least one of the mattresses has disgusting stains under the bed sheet.
