About this house rental
The home is located in a country setting, 20 mins to downtown and 5 mins to the airport. Find a nature and wildlife type setting in a booming Nashville, all the amenities of the city. Great place to relax after a night on the town! The home features living room, fully stocked kitchen, separate private bedroom and private bath. There is a 2nd bedroom off the 1st and only accessible by going through the 1st, can also be used as an office. 30 night minimum.

This is the back apartment of a duplex. You will have the entire place to yourself.

$300 per pet. Pets allowed upon owner approval and will be added after booking as a separate payment.
$75 early check-in or late check-out fee.

Please be honest about the number of guests you have. You will be charged for extra, unauthorized guests. Pets are allowed with pre-approval and an additional $300 fee per pet will be charged. No Parties, Smoking outside only, No parking in the grass without permission and please don't litter.
Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and NO pee pads are allowed in the house. Pets must go outside to the restroom and guest must clean up after your pet. Any feces outside that has not be cleaned up, if pee pads were used in the house, or any evidence that a pet was on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit.
If any smoking is done in the house there will be a $50 fine deducted from your deposit.
-Quiet hours are from 11pm-6am-
