About this house rental
Welcome to Avondale! Our sweet home is certainly not your cookie cutter rental. This unique, spacious 3br-2ba has all the charm and chill of mid-century life but with contemporary convenience. The original hardwood floors snake through a meandering yet cozy floor plan that offers both privacy & company for multiple guests. The kitchen is fully updated to increase gathering potential while incorporating updated appliances. This house has the vibes! And it's only 5 mins from downtown Charleston!
You'll notice a lot of unique, retro art, furniture, and gadgets. That's because we love the simplicity of days past and attention to detail. We also believe in repurposing things that were built to last. Not only do we want you to have a swell homebase while in Charleston, we want you to dig being there!
Guests will have access to the entire home via three entranceways. From the the front entrance, you can walk clear across to the back exit, shifting through 5 unique rooms. Thanks to the additional hallway extending from the kitchen, the house can be divided to provide privacy for the master bedroom and full bath. There is an optional private entrance from the driveway to access this "wing" of the house. Know that all 3 entrances require 3-4 stairs to enter to the home.
You can come and go easily with contactless check-in. This is a home that we love, we’re not “flipping” just for short-term rental. We do live next door, so are always a text or call away. We like to give guests peace, quiet, and space but we’re also more than happy to say Hi, chat and give recommendations for the area! Like us, the majority of our neighbors are young, hardworking families that call Charleston home. Please keep that in mind. This home is definitely *not* suited for parties, bachelor/bachelorettes, and well, you get it :)

Prime central location and super comfy beds! Olivia was awesome to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. 10/10 would stay here again :)
