I was expecting a a good value for my money and turned out to be a frustration. Everything seems dirty. Even the bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are yellowish in color and almost worn out. Place is dirty, rugs are dirty. I did not even took a bath because it is dirty. The hope the owner will check the place properly and replace things that should be trown already. Aircon is very noisy, louder than the TV. TV is old.

The place is affordable and in good location if your going around manila. Near MOA and LRT. Easy access to transportation and there is alfamart below the building open 24 hrs. The place is clean and spacious enough for 2-3 people. I enjoy my stay. Till next time☺️☺️

We had to transfer to another unit because the bed in the previous room was broken, and we needed to upgrade for around ₱700+. It happened last minute, but luckily the owner was easy to talk to, so it wasn’t a big issue. A bit of a hassle, but the location is really convenient—close to all the places in Cubao. The room itself was super clean.
