We had an awesome stay at Shimla Regency. The location is convenient, not too far from Shimla neither too close to the hustle bustle...it offers beautiful views of the sunrise and of the city Shimla. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. It was a very comfortable and happy experience for us! Tip: Do try their chicken chowmein. It is scrumptuous! To anyone visiting Shimla for a short or long duration, seeking a quiet, comfortable, yet convenient stay away from the hustle bustle of the hill station, I will definitely recommend them to book a room here!

The rooms were alright, but the facilities were awful, like the broken toilet tap. We ordered food, and it took two hours to arrive, and it was cold and inedible. The same thing happened with the main course, so we ended up canceling our order. Plus, the TVs weren't working, and there was no free Wi-Fi, even though it was supposed to be included.
