About this house rental
Beautiful camp located on the South Shore of Oneida Lake with a private boat house. You get the best of both the sunrise and sunsets at this location. There are 2 bedrooms with a smart tv in each room. The house comes equipped with WiFi and a screened in porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the lake view if you choose to stay inside. There is plenty of room for your snow mobiles or 4wheelers as well. Complete finished basement with 2 bedrooms, living room and bar!
The space
No need to bring linens, all the beds come fully dressed with fresh clean bedding as well as towels (please bring towels for outside as we ask that you do not use our bath towels for outdoor use). You will be responsible for your own toilet paper, paper towels and personal hygiene items.
The outdoor area (Please note that the outdoor furniture will not be available during the months of November- May) comes equipped with a patio table and chairs as well as outdoor sofa and loveseat, and propane grill (there will be a propane tank onsite that you will need to fill). There is an outdoor firepit for your use - you will need to provide your own wood. All firepits will need to be extinguished when not in use
We recommend water shoes as the water front tends to be rocky. Children must be watched near the water and should have life jackets on (bring your own life jackets). You are responsible for children's safety during your stay.
The driveway is a single lane driveway, you should be able to fit 2-3 cars in the drive way and on the lake side you should be able to fit 2 cars on a gravel path right in front of the white garage. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED ON THE LAKE SIDE
