This is a good guest house that he’s not what you expect when booking through VRBO. Your room and bathroom are private but the kitchen, living room and laundry are all common areas. Since the walls are not insulated, you will hear everything happening throughout the house. The room and attached bathroom is in good condition and serviceable for one or two people. The common area is in ok condition and seemed to have numerous bags of garbage that didn’t move over the three day stay. The location is good and there is a bus to town nearby. I had no problem finding free street parking nearby.

The location is very close to the Seattle Transit E line and only a 10 minute ride to downtown. The property was clean and the host very attentive.

Upstairs neighbors were kinda noisy and could here them banging around . It was in third floor so it was difficult to get two large suitcase upstairs . Bus stop was right in front of apartment so ease of getting around was good . Owner responded quickly to any messages . Over all it was a pleasureable trip besides the noise .
