This is an excellent location. We are a family of 6 and this worked perfect for us. Great to watch the kids from the balcony as they play on the beach. High end finishes in the house. They provided a lot of travel items and treats in the kitchen. Definitely a great place to stay and we would like to come back soon. Thank you!

Upscale property with great access to the boardwalk and Balboa Pier. Well-stocked with amazing amenities. Everything you could want. Francis was very responsive prior to arrival and welcomed us to the property. Highly recommend!!

The place was really nice, comfortable and warm. Appreciated all the welcoming details throughout the house (lotions, towels, lip balm and many more). Loved the outdoor area where I could enjoy the fantastic view and feel the ocean. Car access was easy. I felt well taken care of from the start as Frances was kind enough to greet me upon my arrival. Would definitely recommend !
