    Staff response is poor and the room was strictly average. Not value for money. Avoid booking in this hotel for stay. But, the restaurant linked to this hotel is excellent.

    "I booked this property for two days and paid in full through Agoda. After traveling from Delhi by train, I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM. Despite having a confirmed booking, the receptionist, ***, claimed they had no record of it, stating they had 'closed everything' and had no vacancies. He was dismissive and lacked any empathy for our situation, simply blaming Agoda and telling us to call them for a refund. I spent an hour in the lobby while exhausted. It wasn't until I contacted Agoda customer support—who then called the hotel directly—that a room magically became 'available.' It was clear the receptionist had lied about the vacancy. ***’s attitude and customer service were appalling. I would not recommend this property to anyone."
