Guests have full access to the apartment, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, living area, bathroom, and in-unit laundry. There is a door off the laundry room that leads to a small service area, which includes a trash bin for guest use. Please place your bagged trash in that bin before checkout. This area is not intended for guest use beyond trash disposal.
The apartment is located DIRECTLY ABOVE The Bar on Market, a popular downtown spot. Expect lively energy on weekend nights — perfect for guests enjoying the nightlife vibe.
PLEASE NOTE: This means that there is the potential — and almost a guarantee — for noise during the evening and late-night hours. It can get loud at times, especially on weekends. The unit is also located on Main Street, so traffic and car noise should be expected as well.
Paid street parking is available right outside the building (first-come, first-serve). Please check signage for meter hours. There are NOT reserved parking spots for guests. It is street/meter parking.
Smart lock entry makes check-in and check-out seamless — no keys required.
A trash bin is located through the door in the laundry room. Please place bagged trash there before checkout.
This is a second-floor walk-up apartment (one flight of stairs).

The apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Access was simple, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short, pleasant walk to a variety of restaurants and bars. Wegmans is conveniently located right around the corner for groceries and essentials.As noted in the listing, the apartment is situated above a bar. It did get lively on the weekend nights, but the noise tapered off after closing time. If you're in town to enjoy the nightlife or tend to stay up late, this likely won’t be a concern.

First, the positives! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and felt completely safe. The location was fantastic—super convenient. I was in town for work and could get to my workplace in just minutes without any issues. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, and as a solo female traveler, I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe.That said, the one major drawback is the noise. I booked last minute, and this was the only reasonably priced option. I saw that it was located above a bar, but the listing mentioned it was quiet during the week and lively on weekends. Since I don’t work weekends, I figured it wouldn’t be a problem.Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite the case. Starting Thursday night, the bar turns into more of a nightclub. The DJ music is extremely loud—enough to rattle the walls, dishes, and even the bed. Even if you’re staying here to enjoy the nightlife, you might find it hard to relax or sleep at any point. Though the bar technically closes at 2 am, people hang out and make noise outside until around 3 am. The windows offer very little sound insulation, so it feels like all the noise is happening inside the apartment.If you’re a heavy sleeper or planning to join the party scene, this might not be a dealbreaker. But if you’re hoping for peace and quiet—especially Thursday through Sunday—just know that noise will be a serious factor.
