We had a great time enjoying this spacious home with private pool & deck area. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Many great memories were made in the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with the nearby marina. The boat traffic was entertaining as we chatted with passersby. The passing boats were not noisy or intrusive at all in the canal. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Sarasota.

Beautiful house, the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures online. It's not overly huge, but it felt plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The hot tub warms up fast and got nice and hot. The inside of the house is more spacious than I expected. The kitchen is huge and really nicely furnished (I like to cook and having lots of pots, pans, nice knives, etc is really nice). There are TVs everywhere, so we could always have music or sports on in the background. There are plenty of nice restaurants around, and the public beach is 10-12 minutes away by car. The manager seemed very responsive, though we really didn't have to contact him much as we didn't experience hiccups or issues. He called me on our first day right after we landed and gave me the code to the house and we were able to check in a couple hours early. The pool area is about 100 yards from the marina, which stayed pretty active - if some mild background noise is a big issue for you, it might not be ideal, but it was definitely not enough to impact us in any meaningful way. Really thought this was a great place, and the price was exceptional for what we got.
