Fall in love with this peaceful and spacious three bedroom house with palm trees in the generously sized garden, all found in the bustle of East London.
10 minutes on a bus from East Ham underground station or a 15 minute walk, find yourself in the calm haven of this abode which gets you into central London quickly and easily.
3 separate bedrooms , 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with Delonghi coffee maker, 50" tv, sonos soundbar...a little slice of heaven in East London!
The space
The house is built for socialising- a big open space from the living room to the dining room and garden. Upstairs the bedrooms are cosy and quiet.
The olive green sofa is is comfy and deep and can fit 6 people comfortably!
The 50' hd 4k tv is on a wall bracket and moves to whatever angle you would like. It is connected to the sonos soundbar for premium sound quality.
The rustic handmade dining table fits 6 people comfortably and is a separate space for those wanting to be apart from those watching television.
The downstairs toilet is light with a sky light and lots of plants and a stunning teal colour paint.
There is a porch as soon as you enter the house to keep all your coats, shoes, prams , umbrellas etc away .
The garden is stunning, with two palm trees and plenty of space with a patio and planted area.
The kitchen is a fully equipped and working kitchen with a large fridge /freezer, gas stove, pots and pans, cupboards, plates, bowls, cutlery, salt, pepper, oil,etc. .
Walk upstairs on the carpeted stairway to the upstairs where the spacious bathroom boasting two shower heads, lots of storage and rustic wood features makes the space feel cool and relaxing.
The King sized bed (Simba mattress) room is first with a large Indian cherry oak vanity table with large triple mirror and close up mirror for your vanity needs!
The Double bedroom also has a Simba mattress on a rustic handmade wooden bed, a large ottoman and triple charcoal blue wardrobe. A large mirror also and beautiful plantation shutters give you privacy and style to this room.
