Really liked this place . Rental is more than description implied. Excellent location. Good restaurant was a five minute walk. 15 minutes into St. Augustine and all she has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay however were disappointed to learn upon check-in that the pool was inaccessible as it was being rebuilt.
Also, one washing machine didn't work; I didn't have enough quarters to use the other one and it was after office hours. The faulty machine didn't return my money, so had to do laundry in the bathroom.
Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the beach access was fabulous. Would stay here again.

Clean, great location, nice staff. Walk a couple hundred feet to the beach, 15 min drive to St Augustine, lots of good restaurants close by, shopping whatever you need. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Room was comfortable and clean... Disappointed that the renter did not get back to me about the questions I had about the pool until I booked this in which this room was not refundable. Would probably book again.
