Guests booking more than 7 nights can use the building's communal laundry room, facilitating longer and more comfortable stays. PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully kept and truly cosy apartment! The place was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is fantastic — perfect for exploring the village and a great base for discovering the rest of the island. We’d happily stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Very pleasant apartment, with everything brand new. We were welcomed by Mrs. Perpétua and her son, who are very friendly hosts.
Just a 2-minute walk from the center, with a Pingo Doce supermarket right next door.
We will definitely come back.
Note: Bathroom the size of the bedroom (fantastic).
Only downsides: the bedroom has no window, although there is one right in front of the bedroom door, and the car can't reach the apartment entrance (access is on foot only).
