Seems we were the guinea pigs for new management and we felt a bit blind sided considering things were not up to par before they let renters stay. The driveway right before the house was basically impassable and left our vehicle with quite a bit of damage so we actually ended up needing to cut our one summer family vacation short. We have stayed in the mountains before so we know they aren’t perfect to get up but huge deep holes were not part of the plan. House itself was surface clean. The fridge had mold in all the seals and it wasn’t vacuumed well. The host did refund us the 2 nights we missed out on which was nice but unfortunately doesn’t cover damage and time cut short with family.
