Our fully custom 5BR townhome is tucked inside The Enclaves at Festival, a quiet, gated vacation resort in Davenport. You'll enjoy a private screened-in pool with no rear neighbors, a Star Wars–themed arcade game room, and immersive themed bedrooms including Avatar, Frozen, and Jurassic Park. You'll have full access to the resort offering family-fun amenities just down the road, come check out why we have close to all 5-star reviews!

Getting Around:
Driving is easiest — everything from Disney to groceries is 5–30 minutes away. Free parking included.
Other Things to Note:
– EV charging: Standard electrical outlets only; guests must bring their own compatible charging equipment
– BBQ - free to use, but you must bring your own propane as we don't keep it stocked which keeps our rates lower than other homes
– Pets: Considered with prior approval; breed, size restrictions, and pet fees may apply
